I am pleased to announce that the DETECt project's MOOC, "Euro Noir: Transcultural Identities in European Popular Crime Narratives" is now open! I had the great opportunity to co-write with Dr. Alice Jacquelin the module "History and Politics in European Crime Fiction." In this module, we reflect on the relationship between crime fiction, history, and politics, with an emphasis on French literature.
